All Stars Cricket provides a fantastic first experience for all children aged between 5-8 years old. They are guaranteed 8 weeks of jam-packed fun, activity and skills development.
The programme is designed to introduce children to the sport, teaching them new skills, helping them make friends and have a great time doing so.
The kids are coached by qualified volunteer coaches who are all DBS checked and cleared by the ECB.
Meet the Head Coach
Our lead activator for All Stars Cricket is Chris Ward. Chris has many years cricket coaching under his belt and holds a level 2 (Core) coaching badge. He has been at the club since 2003.
Chris is also our new chair for 2025 overseeing the whole of the club, before which he was the junior section chair and safeguarding officer.

When, Where, Joining
Our All Stars gather by the pavilion on The Green in Warborough, on Friday evenings from early May. Parents tend to stay and make an early evening of it, there are chairs available and the pavilion and pub are both open for convenience and refreshments. The kids normally run through a variety of skill development sessions and finish off with a quick game.
If you are interested in your kids joining then you will need to register your interest at the ECB site on the button below, enter your details and the ECB will come back to you with courses near you, so don’t forget to choose one of Warborough & Shillingford’s programmes when it’s time to book. Membership is £50 for the 8 week season.
